Our website (hereinafter: the site) does not track you and your behavior and actions on or off the site. When you use
our site, it may happen that you entrust us with your company data and some of your personal data (name and
surname and phone number) for safekeeping. Any collection, processing and storage of your data will be done in
accordance with the applicable regulations of the Republic of Serbia and the new European regulation on the
protection of personal data, known as GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).

WHAT DOES VISIT ANY SITE REMEMBER?

When you visit any site, your IP number (the unique address of every computer connected to the Internet) is stored
by the provider where that site is installed. With the help of the IP number, you cannot be identified by a third party,
but the authorized state body can use that data to find the physical address from which the visit came. Therefore, it is
impossible to hide your visit to a website.

AS A WEBSITE VISITOR, ARE YOU OBLIGED TO LEAVE YOUR DATA?

You give us data voluntarily, by your own decision, only if you want to order services from our site or request some
information from us via the contact form. If you are just a visitor of the site looking at the content, you are not obliged
to leave us any personal data.

DATA WE STORE ON OUR SERVERS

When contacting you, we store the following data: contact date, company name, TIN, contact e-mail and (optionally)
first and last name of the contact person. Additionally we save data processed through mobile app ProClick QR®.

DATA WE USE THROUGH MOBILE APPLICATION PROCLICK QR®

Data processed by using mobile application ProClick QR are the data contained on scanned fiscal invoices (buyers and
sellers data, time of transaction, invoice amount etc).

FOR WHAT PURPOSES DO WE STORE YOUR DATA?

We store your data exclusively for the purpose of ordering services from our website and delivering them via out
mobile application ProClick QR or for contacting you regarding the message you send us via the contact form. We do
not use the data for any other purpose or share it with third person.

Unless required by law, we will not make available or distribute information about you that you provide to us in any
way without your prior consent.

DATA RETENTION PERIODS

Data we collect through mobile app are kept on our servers for no more than 90 days and are used only for purpose
of customer support.

FACEBOOK PIXEL AND TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES

We use Facebook Pixel to understand how visitors interact with our website and to improve the relevance of our
marketing. This tool may collect anonymized data such as:
• Device/browser information
• Pages visited
• Actions taken (e.g., purchases)
This data is used for marketing optimization only and is never sold. You may manage your cookie and tracking
preferences through your browser settings or opt-out via Facebook’s ad settings.

MINOR USERS

If you are a minor, you must obtain permission from your parent or guardian before giving us information about
yourself. Minor users who do not have such authorization are not permitted to provide us with personal information.

HOW WILL WE CONTACT YOU?

We will only communicate with you via email. Exceptionally, we can also use a company mobile phone.

WHAT ARE YOUR RIGHTS REGARDING THE DATA WE HOLD?

There is no user registration option on our site, so we don’t own your data either. Data collected from invoices are
automatically deleted from our servers after retention expiration.

THIS POLICY IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE

In the event of significant changes to this policy, the site owner will notify all users of the changes, for example via e-
mail or clearly visible notices on the site. In the event that any future changes to this policy imply a reduction of your

rights, we will ask for your express consent to continue using the site.
